- Project Control Services:
- Facilitate program management and enhance overall Technology Delivery quality.
- Support Technology Delivery Center projects by overseeing project management office activities.
- Proactively monitor, manage, report on deliverable execution, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
- Low/No Code App Development:
- Develop applications using a low-code platform, configuring systems to meet each client’s unique needs.
- Utilize form builders, pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop visual interfaces.
- Research and analyze internal business processes for optimization and automation.
- Test Automation Engineering:
- Create test designs, processes, cases, and data.
- Apply business and functional knowledge, adhering to testing standards and methodology.
- Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Generate reports on software testing, analyzing results and providing observations to the development team.
